This Privacy Policy describes what information DailyGames ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use dailygames.app, and how it is used. The short version: there are no accounts, no ads and no cookies, your game data stays on your device, and we count page visits with Vercel Analytics.

Information You Provide

Nothing. There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms, and you never need to give us your name, email address or any other personal information to play.

Game Data on Your Device

Your results, streaks, pinned games, in-progress puzzles and display preferences (theme and grid or list view) are saved in your browser's local storage on your device only. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data for this site removes them, and they don't sync between devices.

Share buttons copy a text summary of your result to your clipboard. Nothing is posted anywhere unless you paste it yourself.

Cookies

We do not use cookies, and we do not use advertising or tracking technologies.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It records anonymous page views: the page visited, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not record what you do inside a game, and is not used to identify you. This data is processed by Vercel in accordance with Vercel's privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, delivering pages to you means Vercel's servers receive your IP address and standard request information such as your browser type, and may keep it in short-lived server logs for security and reliability. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google or other font services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade any information. We have no advertising partners. The only third party involved is Vercel, as our host and analytics provider.

Data Security

We keep the information we handle to a minimum. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Effective date" at the top.
